About Us: Management Team

Harmander Singh Bindra, CEO & Managing Director

Harmander heads the entire operations of the company. He brings over 12 years of IT management, consulting, and systems implementation experience from tenures at globally prestigious firms like Pricewaterhouse Coopers, IBM and Accenture.

He has managed and implemented Oracle Financials and Applications projects for Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), for GE Technology Center in Shanghai (China) and India, and for Airtel/Bharti Tele-Ventures Limited in various locations across India.

Harmander’s industry expertise ranges from Flavors & Fragrances, Aroma Chemicals, Specialty Manufacturing & Distribution, to the Security Services and related industries.

Harmander is a highly qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Earlier he received his Bachelor's in Commerce (with Honors) from Saint Xavier's College in Kolkata, India.

P. Santosh, Vice President - Technology

Santosh heads the technical operations and ERP product development.

He has over 10 years of experience with conceptualizing, designing and developing enterprise-wide software solutions for leading process manufacturing corporate houses in India, like Oriental Aromatics, PMC Group and Berger Paints Ltd.

In the area of technical expertise, Santosh has over 10 years of background in designing, architecting, and developing GUI applications using Progress.

Santosh received his Master's and Bachelor's in Computer Science from University of Mysore in Mysore, India.

Kamala Roy, Vice President - Delivery

Kamala is responsible for managing the programming operations. She has over 10 years of experience managing large-scale projects, and conceptualizing, designing & developing enterprise-wide software solutions.

In the area of technical expertise, Kamala has over 10 years of background in designing, architecting, and developing GUI applications using Progress.

Kamala received her Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Computer Science Engineering from Bharathidasan University in Tiruchy, India.

K. Kumudhavalli, Delivery Manager

Kumudhavalli is responsible for managing deliverables including ERP implementation on-time and within budgets. She is involved in delivery management from the initial process mapping, charting a road-map, end-user training, to the final go-live handover to the customer’s team.

She has over 6 years of experience in designing and developing enterprise-wide software solutions.

In the area of technical expertise, Kumudhavalli has over 7 years of background in designing, architecting, and developing GUI applications using Progress.

Kumudhavalli received her Master’s in Management Studies from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) in Pilani, India.

Hansdip heads our team at the US and brings almost 20 years of experience and leadership in conceptualizing, designing, and developing, enterprise-wide software solutions for process manufacturers, and distributors including Fortune 100 companies like UNOCAL Corporation, ConocoPhillips - 76 Lubricants, and International Paper in diversified areas such as Flavors & Fragrances, Aroma Chemicals, Plastics & Pipes, and Paints.

In the area of technical expertise, Hansdip is amongst the leading consultants in the world of 4GL and RDBMS tools from Progress Software. He has published numerous articles in Progressions - the premiere Technical Journal of the Progress community, and PRO's Progress Market Magazine Benelux. In addition, he has published an industry leading PSDN White Paper with Progress Software, on Application Architecture.

Hansdip has presented at various Progress Software Worldwide Conferences in USA and Europe since 2001. With over 15 years of background in designing, architecting, and developing GUI applications using Progress, he is a highly respected member of the worldwide Progress community.

Hansdip received his Master's in Information Systems from Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ, and Bachelor's in Economics & Business (with Honors), and Bachelor's in Computer Science from Lafayette College in Easton, PA.
